Well, I thought he was born in Canada!!!!
His character is from Iowa, I think. He mentioned this in the film with the Whales. But William Shatner, where was he born?? hm. I say Canada. Am I right or wrong. See, I told you I don't cheat. No fun in that.

AHA!!! Haven't lost my touch have I??
Okay, my turn AND IT'S A DOOZY. Spock's father, Sarek was originally married to a Vulcan Princess (her name was never mentioned), but that's how Sybok was conceived. Then he married Amanda Grayson. After she died......... he married again (to another Human Being). He liked human wives compared to Vulcan wives. He said this to Picard. What was the name of Sarek's 3rd wife. Hint.. This was the episode where Sarek was found to have a disease (known only to Vulcans) and toward the end of their life cycles, their emotions came full circle. TOLD YOU THIS WAS A DOOZY!!!! lol

Ah!!! too easy.
This is my favorite film in the series. Christopher Lloyd played Kruge and the beautiful Klingon that he blew out of the sky was Valkris. I loved it when he realizes that she has seen the tape on Genesis and he said to her: "you viewed it, and she said: Yes, most interesting, (or some such dialogue), and then he goes 'too bad" And she goes; "understood". Then she said something else and she called him "My Lord and My Love" Greatest movie in the series. They are doing another Star Trek film, coming out in 2009 I believe. It's all about the Starfleet academy and the guy who plays the young Spock is absolutely fantastic. And Leonard Nimoy will play him too. He's 77 now. Good for him.

I don't know if it's my turn but here goes.
It's a strange one but does have to do with Star Trek Mark Lenard who played Spock's father was also in another tv show called Here Come The Brides. One of Lenard's co-stars from that show also played a character in the original Star Trek. Can you name the Actor and the character he played. (it's one of my favorites) |

Hah!!!! I'm better than you think.
Actually there were 2 characters from Here Come the Brides who showed up in Star Trek. The one you are thinking of is David Soul, right?? in Star Trek, he played the guy in the episode about VOL, and everybody wore white makeup on their faces and Keith Andes (who married Vera Miles), he was the leader who had to placate VOL. The OTHER actor was Robert Brown, and he played in a Star Trek Episode where he had some kind of space craft but he was stuck in some kind of a time dimension and he had a fight with Captain Kirk. Do you remember that one???
