I don't trust the "tin foil" pans, they don't seem sturdy enough. I use the good old roasting pan. And Bob does the dishes anyway. :D

I make mashed potatoes because that is what everybody else likes, but I liked baked sweet potatoes with pineapple.

It depends what I'm doing. I like the radio stations on the DISH that don't have commercials or yapping. When I'm having a rough night and can't sleep, I put it on the oldies channel really low and doze off. We don't get Sky Angel anymore, so I can't put it on the Worship music. That would be my first choice.
