Default Can EMG/NCV cause migraine?

What a journey I have been on. Not sure what's up. I have cold, heat and exercise uticiaria. Have been experiencing leg weakness, cramping and pain for 5 months now as well as a low grade fever for 6 months.

I have had strange sensations on the left side of my head near a suture that is perturbing. This side of my head spasms often for some reason. During the test on my legs (EMG/NCV) the spasms in my head were triggered? Odd. I didn't say anything at the doctor's office. He said that everything seemed normal for both of the tests?

I also have pos ANA, slightly pos Anti Cardiolipin and Cryoglobulin. No one has been able to tell me what they think is going on which is typical of these types of issues??? Curious to know if anyone has any thoughts.
