Default Hi

I am new to the forum and not even sure if I am posting on the right site for my questions. I have been experiencing pain in my traps... severe burning and stiffness in my neck on and off for a couple of years. I am very active but it seems as though my trapezius muscles are hyperfacilitated and engage anytime I lift weights or do any upper body lifting movement. If you have any suggestions on how I can address this issue I would greatly appreciate it. I also have pain in all of my joints down my right side and notice that I have minor injuries on that side often.

Thank you so much,
Jen
