Default Bursitis?

Hi guys,

As you know this left shoulder of mine is a problem. I have an impingement in the shoulder and they also say RSD.

I had an ultrasound this week fo the shoulder and it also shows bursitis and a decent amount of fluid in the bursa.

So what are some of the rememdies everyone uses for bursitis? I was reading about Castor Oil packs.

Any suggestions are welcome

I have bursitis in my feet. When it flares up I take Indomethacin which helps tremendously and quickly. As for any other type of remedy, I haven't tried or heard of anything else. My foot doctor never suggested trying anything other than this medication. I'd be interested in hearing about what other do as well!

I've had some shoulder strains or minor bursitis at times - especially in the past when I was still working.

Now if I'm having an issue with that or any other specific area - and it happens to be close to my chiropractic appt - I just mention it and he uses the low level laser on the offending spots.
It does the trick for me, and fast too- like 15 - 20 seconds of per spot.

I would try the magnets. They take down swelling and bruises, and improve circulation.

My magnet thread:

I used mine on my neck last night, which was terribly acting up (my shingles side) after 4 hrs of tree pruning and cutting up the debris for the recycle baggie thingeys. Today, no stiffness at all!
