Default Flopping Fish Feeling in Chest/Throat with Certain Exercise

Hello,

I've been having issues over the past couple of years when doing certain arm exercises such as bicep curls. When I do these exercises, it suddenly feels like I've got a fish flopping around in my chest/throat. has this happened to anyone else? I'm currently doing PT for my shoulder, and it's become more of an issue since several of the exercises they have me doing cause this to occur.
