Default pineal gland tumor

hi. a couple of weeks ago the neurologist told me i have a pineal gland tumor. i saw the image, it doesnt look big at all, but it is causing alot of symptoms for me. i go see a neurosurgeon in two days. i am so anxious. its hard to be patient.i am looking for anyone taht has any experience with the same problem, i sure would like to hear some outcomes from different people. thanks!
