Default Safe to smoke pot after Subdural hematoma head injury..?

over 5 weeks ago i got a concussion that went unchecked in the hospital and lead turned out to cause a subdural hematoma, life threatening. i had surgery and spent a week in the hospital recovering.

after much convincing my doctor let me go back to work 2 weeks after, and back to driving just about 4 weeks.

In the hospital i was told smoking ciggarettes / pot could slow recovery, not good also shouldnt be drinking.

What i want to know is, IS IT SAFE for me to go back to smoking pot again now that i am (almost) 6 weeks into recovery?
thanks!
