Question Need help identifying symptoms

For about a month now I have been experienced some strange symptoms that have just come out of the blue and I am wondering if any of the forum members have an explanation for these. So here it goes with the symptoms. This could be a long post so please bear with me.

Reaction to pain is not what it used to be. For example when I accidently hurt my self I just feel the area of where I hit it and not the sensation in the brain that triggers an automatic expression of pain in the face like I used to.

Another symptom is that I guess it would be called emotional responce. I still laugh when I find something funny butI no longer get that feeling in my head like when you are angry or happy.

The next symptom is what can best be descirbed as being zoned out. In other words still being able to function but feeling that something is just not right. THis has passed for some reason but may indicate a problem.

The last symptom which may or may not be related are stabbing pains that occur throught my head but, are concentrated in the back part of the head.

These symptoms have me concerned and I appreciate any help in tying to figure out what these mean
