Default Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I’ve been in bed 4 3yrs and started a macrobiotic diet on May 1st 2001. I m feeling good......
Is there anywhere else to chat about Macros as it’s rather quiet here?
I’ve got Chronic Fatigue Syndrome......anyone heard of a macro miracle involving CFS?
I am trying to eat Congee - creamed grains - & its absolutely awful: rolleyes: I’ve piled on the condiments but no joy It’s the only grain style that gives me energy. I need Yang but not too much as Ill crave Yin. My careers can't cook fancy recipes so my diet is SO BORRIIIIIIIINGGG :If only they had a macro takeaway
