Default cubital tunnal

hi i need advice from anyone who has cubital tunnal and did the therapy or the " conventional method " . i just finished my occupational therapy this last week and well it did not help the arm it actuall lessened the strength in the arm and now the therapist says shes tried everything and feels i might be a canidate for surgery . can anyone help and share their story and tell me what might happen next ?
