Default Mercury and Depression etc

I want to find out what specialty doctor (psych specialty), or otherwise diagnoses mercury as a cause of mood disorders?

It seems mercury is a known neurotoxin spread about by many industries.

Even the fda or epa says that 630,000 kiddos are diagnosed with neuro problems from birth from mercury in fish alone.
