Default Heart health?

Hello all. Since I'm new(er) here and need to use a wheelchair sometimes (cant use right leg) I was wondering if there have been any threads about working our the heart, cardio and what options we know are useful in a situation like mine. Thank you for any help offered.

Possibly floor work?
Something like some yoga poses, or pilates, and free weights adapted to what you can do?

and they have those ab exercisers like on tv where you sit and work abs here's one style but there are many others...

If you did it fast enough you'd get cardio benefits too.

I've never done yoga. I did see that on this site and thank you for the link. I will check it out further later tonight. Thank you again!
