I had a test for lyme and everything was nonreactive except 39 KD (IGM) What could this mean? I usually have elevated IGM and the Hemo says I have MGUS, which seems to be nothing to be concerned about. I also have multiple brian lesions, currently being followed by Neuro, but no diagnosis. Confused. Should I be concerned?

Neuropathy forum. Go to the third 'stikie' and read away. I am betting that you will find lots of reference sites about MGUS and about other, similar conditions. With neuro stuff, I've learned nothing is absolute....too many variables. BUT there is info there that could be useful to helping you understand the 'what alls' that are going on.
I hope this helps! - j There is also [I believe] a Lymes' section, and testing is sort of 'maybe' at times...go to the top blue bar and do a site search of 'lymes' and I bet you will find LOTS of reading. Hope this all helps! |
