Default Hypermobility

Hello all!
I have some questions regarding hypermobility.
So, I haven't been diagnosed with any specific joint conditions, and have never had the time to bring it up, as I'm busy dealing with already diagnosed conditions. It's pretty obvious that my joints and limbs stretch much further than they should.

The thing is, I'm not completely sure if I need a diagnosis at all. I have always been extremely flexible, despite not doing any training or even being in shape (not overweight, but all fat no muscle lol). Generally, my joints hurt most of the time but it is only minor pain and can usually be calmed with ibuprofen, and tiger balm or another analgesic type cream (the only joint that doesn't get better are my wrists). The most flexible seems to be my spine and hips, and I enjoy stretching out sometimes, but I usually have to adjust my back 6 or 7 times a day.

I would like to follow up with a doctor eventually of course, because sometimes my joints seem to partially dislocate but I can't be sure.

I am wondering for those of you who know or who are hypermobile themselves, are there any repercussions, dangers, or long-term concerns?
And any general advice for how to manage, or exercises that seem helpful.
Thanks
