Default Need to know

I have had two Cat scans (brain and neck), one MRI, and took part in a stress test for my heart will all results being negative. I am having an attack that tightens the left side of my neck and hairline of the backside, numbs the left side of my face then the right, occasionally creates tingling sensations in left hand and makes it impossible to swallow for a 25 minute period. This usually occurs when I drop my head forward due to sneezing or laying unusally on my right side. The only prognosis was a possible form of a headache. A neurologist ruled out nerve problems in the neck. Suggestions?
