Default Fasciculations & widespread myofascial trigger points

I'm 18 years old and male. I have not received any diagnosis for my condition.

Please watch a short video I made of my fasciculations. The video description has detailed information about my problem and history.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=P_Cal3zqBKM

I would GREATLY appreciate if anybody with medical expertise could provide any insight as to A) Why this might be occurring, B) What tests can be done to better assess my condition, and C) How can these symptoms be stopped?

I am currently taking Nortriptyline at night, but that has not provided any help.

Thank you so much

SDE7, and I thought my sickness wae mysterious. Have you been to a university type hospital. Maybe even call some of the research & clinical hosp.I know its not easy, I've been sick for two years and if they dont find away to get my body to accept copper I will die. Dont ever give up, you dont see it but there is a purpose for this and you will one day see it. I will try to study on this. God Bless You, Tammy
