Default dizzy

Has anyone ever had a pinched nerve in their neck and had dizziness from it?
I have been having a few problems with my dumb inhaled steroid causing nausea and dizziness for awhile after I take it but that usually wears off after a couple of hours. Almost fell down last week when I stood up from taking a bath with recent meds on board. This AM I woke up and fell over twice trying to get out of bed BEFORE I'd taken it. I don't know if its still the med or I pinched something while I slept, have DX cervical radiculopathy but it doesn't bother me much unless I take more steroid which seems to make something swell.

I looked it up and it said neck issues can cause dizziness but couldn't determine how severe and was wondering if anyone else had had it. I'm a little old but not a feeble old lady who would be likely to fall down a lot. lol
thanks,
Zygo
