I have been feeling very fatigued lately (more than the usual) and was just curious if anyone had suggestions of how to get out of this rut, and feel a bit more energized throughout my day. Looking for a more natural route, any suggestions?

Hi Samantha,
Fatigue can have many different reasons. I'd first start with finding out what my vitamin levels are. Your doctor can do this with a simple blood test. Here is a link to the vitamin forum where you can find lots of info......http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum49.html Here is the link to the Fibro & Chronic Fatigue forum as well. You might find some helpful suggestions there.........http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum12.html
