Wink Relief for vasovagal syncope

Hi All, I have suffered this horrible thing without knowing what is was for years...everyone said it was in my head...apparently it is..BUT I have found if I get into a hot shower ON my head at the onset of an attack, I find it relieves the ALL the feelings of nausua, sweating, stomach cramps and I recover much faster. It's not always possible to get to a shower, so if a hairdryer is handy, use that...hope that helps someone...cheers
