I haven't had a panic attack in more time than I can remember. But, today I had one, and I couldn't figure out why! Tonight, I started thinking about it, and wondered if the high heat we've had for days on end could have had something to do with it, so I googled it, and found your question and more.
I'm sorry I do not have an answer for you. However, you did help me by making me realize that the heat can bring about panic attacks! I want to thank you for that, anyway.
Peace!
