Default Anxiety/ panic attacks from heat

I have severe panic attacks from the heat. I am now on Xanax and clonzapam to calm me down, but isn't enough. I deliver goods in an un-air conditioned delivery truck. The trucks reach every bit of 15-20 degrees hotter than outside which is 90 or more right now. I can't deal with this and it is affecting my job performance. Not sure what to do at all. I try using ice, singing aloud, etc. It is getting to the point where I might just have to quit my job. In addition to the attacks, I have been diagnosed with hypoglocemia- low blood sugar. Any others out there, or quick fixes. Temps here have been 100 every day....

I haven't had a panic attack in more time than I can remember. But, today I had one, and I couldn't figure out why! Tonight, I started thinking about it, and wondered if the high heat we've had for days on end could have had something to do with it, so I googled it, and found your question and more.

I'm sorry I do not have an answer for you. However, you did help me by making me realize that the heat can bring about panic attacks! I want to thank you for that, anyway.

Peace!
