hi.. I didn't recognize the basilar before it .. I have been suffering migraines since I was 2. and have learned many different ways for ME to deal with it. its a lot of years to practice... what are you looking for.. examples of how I deal with it , or some one that understands what you re feeling???I can do both. but it would help ti have more info before I can say much else?? send me a private message. as I don't always check general health.. best wishes to you
