Default Where to go now?

Hi Everyone. I have a chiari decompression 9 years ago now. I still have syringomyelia of course. Some years are better than others but this year seem to be pretty bad. I am trying to find a new doctor in the Philadelphia area since my neurosurgeon at the moment seems to have washed his hands of me (since I am not willing to be cut). Headaches are becoming more common again, tingling/numbness in my right arm and leg, and spine pain. Maybe someone out there can help me this spine pain. has been going on for some years now but it is causing the rest of my back to hurt as well. It feels as if someone in stabbing me, burning, basically just constant pain from the lower neck to wear my bra sits. I have be tolerating all of this for as long as I can and really just need help at this point. Amy similar pain out there? Or know of any doctors with knowledge in these diseases in the Philadelphia area? ( I am actually in South Jersey) Pretty annoyed at this point and just want some relief.
