Default I need some feedback please

I have been having trouble with muscle weakness, numbness on my left side sevevere hand tremors, shooting pain down both arms and left leg the list goes on started with internal medicine, am currently seeing Neurologist, chad CT and MRI which showed arthritis and possible extra fluid. Behind optic nerve but doc does not feel it I clinically insignificant next muscle test Intern says I have severe Vit D deficiency but other labs normal. I am feeling that they think it is psychiatric , I wasn't,t depressed till I started getting sick .Has any one had an experience like this?
