Default Porphyria

Hello I'm trying to see who all out there have porphyria. I kinda feel like I'm the only one though I know I'm not. if anyone has any tips on how to reduce the swelling or anything would be great.

It's a rare condition, I was tested for it and came back negative, but I had symptoms exactly like it.

I had the non-cutanious symptoms.

There is always a "trigger", once you find it and avoid it, it will be a big (but not complete) relief.

My trigger was eating any bread made from wheat flour (despite being tested negative for wheat, gluten allergies and also negative for celiacs).
