Attention headaches arachnoid cyst

PLEASE HELP...

have been having migraines for a few years and they are lasting for days and days.
coming on more often and suffering NEUROLOGICAL symptoms. Numbness, tingling , and shooting electrical type pains deep into my head.

Had an MRI scan which showed a lesion . "possibly an intradiploic arachnoid cyst.." on the Brain.

Have been referred to a neurosurgery clinic but have no idea what to expect next...can anyone let me know what happens next?

I also know consultant said he will be seeing me every 2 months as welll as whatever neurosurgeon does..
