Question Strange symptom

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or knows what could be going on?
I am undiagnosed but have possible fibro.

I have been getting itchy wherever (arm,head,leg..) but I have to scratch a completely different part of my body to satisfy the itch. For example my head is itchy but scratching it does nothing, however scratching a spot on my upper arm or lower leg helps. I cant find anything on google (I dont even know how to search this!!)
