Default Knee problems

Hi, I usually post in the PN forum but that is not really the place for knee problems. I'm hoping someone else might be able to give me some advice.

It's been almost 2 months now that I have had knee pain, I have not gone to the doctor, just keep thinking it will get better. I attributed it to exercise maybe... but it does not hurt when I exercise. It hurts after sitting long periods and when i get up the pain is AWFUL until I stretch it out and walk on it for about 5 minutes then the pain goes away.

If I go to a movie theater, when its over, man I am almost cripple when I first stand, I can not even move and must tentatively try until I am on it a bit then it gets better.

I am taking SAMe for a month now, 400 a day, don't really see improvement.

Anyone have suggestions? (besides see a dr...I am not ready to do that, still paying medical expenses for my pn)

thank you

can you palpate the area and produce pain? if not this may be from your back, and not your knee.

Funny you mention that, a friend just told me the same thing and asked how long its been since I saw a chiropracter. Its been over a year. And my hips do get out of joint and cause me problems.

Im gonna go next week.

THANK YOU
