Default Frustruated patient

I have been on medical leave for a year now, unable to work due to extreme fatigue, blurred vision, dizziness, muscle aches and pains, joint pain, headaches, etc. I have seen two nuerologist, rhumetologist, ear nose and throat doctor, dermatologist, general practioner, opthamologist, and I am sure I am missing some. I have had a lot of blood work done, MRI of the brain (showing abnormalities in the white matter), skeletal x-ray, spinal tap, CT of chest and abdomin. My blood work is all over the place, one time my ANA is elevated then it is normal, my calcium is high, other tests have been abnormal and then return to normal the next time it is tested. I have a skin rash on my arms, legs and trunk. The doctors cannot say definitely that I have MS, but they do not know what is wrong with me. I have recently developed shortness of breath and had a chest x ray and CT which showed some annomolies, rechecking this month. My question is, I guess, does anyone have any suggestions as to what type of doctor I might see next or where I might go to find out if I have an autoimmune disease?

Have you tried a gluten free diet? There is a condition called NCGI, Non Celiac Gluten Intolerance. It is becoming recognized even by Dr Fasano.
A 3-6 month trial of TOTAL GLUTEN AVOIDENCE, will tell the tail.
