Default Hi I'm Jenny

I'm Jenny , I'm 49 years old , I'm getting this painfull tingling feeling , it started 2 days ago , at first it was a light feeling and in my arms but now it hurts so bad and I get it in my arms and legs and back and ears ,it goes away when I press it , and when i don't it spreads, please help I can't
please tell me If I should be concerned, or if there is anything I can do to make it stop.

Jenny, what do you PRESS on to make it stop? If it's in your arms, legs, back & ears, I can't think where you'd press.
