Default Cyst on kidney

I have Dx of PN. I had MRI of spine. Dr said, among other things, it revealed cyst on kidney. He asked if I ever had kidney disease. I said yes when I was very young. He did not pursue it any further.

Any way Dr set me up for another MRI of kidney and liver. He also ran some blood test for kidney and liver.

Anyone ever have trouble with cyst on kidney?
