Total image count is 141.

finding: Bilateral shallow plueral plques at posterior thoracic gutters. Two hypodense liver rounded lesions [2 cm- image 58 and 0.8 cm- image 59] with slight enhancement at margins increaseing on later phase post IV contrast. No renal calculi or obstructive uropathy. No renal masses or cyst. no bowel obstruction, perforation , inflamation, or masses. normal appendix, uterus has enlarged endomterial canal with heterogenous decresed attenuation contents with diameter of 2.2 cm at fundus [image 120] Ovaries are unremarkable. No free air or free fluid. no other significant findings.

Impression: 1 shallow pleural plaques at both thoracic gutters - no calcifications. 2 Two liver lesions suggestive of cavernous hemangiomas- recommend correlation with ultrasound, consider MRI abdomen, 3 enlarged endometrial canal at fundus; recommended correlation with beta- HCG and pelvic ultrasound study, 4 no other significant findings
