I have 2 questions based on a brain MRI & subsequent tests looking for cancer in lungs, colon, prostate, & multiple myleoma. I'm confused & doctor cannot spend enough time explaining everything:
1) Please translate the MRI write-up below in layman's terms.
2) Suggestions on what to do next, since cancer wasn't found in lungs, colon, prostate, etc.

MRI-Up:
"1. In comparison with MRI of the brain dated 5/28/13, there is redemonstration of moderate enlargement of the lateral ventricles with a bifrontal diameter of 5.3 cm and prominent third ventricle transverse measurement of 1.6 cm. There is mild prominence of the sulci within the bifrontal and temporal regions with effacement of the sulci toward the vertex, clinical correlation for possibility of normal pressure hydrocephalus is again strongly suggested.
2. There is redemonstration of scattered foci of increased T2 and FLAIR signal throughout the pons, periventricular and subcortical white matter likely chronic microvascular ischemic change. There is no evidence for any restricted diffusion to suggest any recent area of ischemic change. There is prominence of the sulci in the bitemporal region also greater than expected for age consistent with volume loss correlation with any other dementias is also suggested.
3. There is an enhancing focal area of decreased T1 signal along the high right parietal scalp measuring 3.1 cm AP by 1.2 cm TR by 5 mm inCC dimension correlation with visual inspection in patient with prior history of Moh's surgery or treatment in this region is suggested, with loss of the underlying subcutaneous fat and soft tissue planes. The bone underneath this lesion has abnormal soft tissue density and enhances extending to the inner diploic margin, and measures 1.5 cm AP by approximately 1.5 cm TR, with enhancement extending to the underlying dural margin, highly worrisome for metastatic disease."
