Default Neuropathy is not my friend!

Hello,
I developed neuropathy about 13 years ago. I am not diabetic. Doctors say it was caused by either surgery, virus, etc. I take 3000 mgs a day of Gabapetin to help with the pain. This is actually a anti-seizure medication. My question is could my blood test that I have done each year have inaccurate readings due to the medication or the disease itself?
