Ok, I give up! I don't seem to be able to find anyone out there who is willing to talk or can help with the confusion I have with all of these d'x's I have gotten. I really had hoped someone from this site could help and I could find some folks with a similar situation but everyone here seems to be in a "clique" and not want to talk much to newbies. I guess you all don't remember when you were first dx'd and how afraid and alone you were. The medical community treats you like a number and the world in general treats you like you just need to get over it and looks at you as if you were lazy and your family and friends are tired of hearing it. I am so dissappointed! I really thought I had found something here.

Hi Holly
How are you doing well i hope I am actually sitting here typing out this message waiting to go to the local doctors .keep waking up in the night and in the morning with head ache around my shunt (reading other sites thought that it was due to the weather here !!!who knows)But general felling that have a muzzy head I work but together with the short term memory problems i tend to have several jobs in a year But on the brighter side of life my daughter got married end of last month all went well and manage a holiday as much as i can holly what i am saying in real terms is to try to lead your life as normal as you can it is now some 20 years since op ,life changed but still try do as much as i can.You will meet those that are incapable of understanding the situation but just pass them by and move on to enjoy life as much as you can . Hear from soon Graham |
