Default Test Confusion

Hello everybody
Anyone ever test positive for
Neuronal (V-G) K+ Channel AB, S ?
I can't find any good information for it online. I'm wondering if its like an ANA test that can come back positive and not mean anything. I haven't heard fro the specialist that ordered the results and I have my primary doctor appointment this Thursday. Just want to go in with some basic knowledge so I'm not completely confused when he starts explaining things.

Not sure what you mean by "good information"
I find plenty searching Neuronal (V-G) K+ Channel AB, S and Neuronal (V-G) K+ Channel AB, S false positive
