Default Pysical causes of treatment resistant deppresion?

Hi I need some pychical causes of treatment resistant deppresion or anhedonia. I have been suffering from it for 8 years since i was 13. I always believed it was a pychical problem becuase I had severe memory loss fatigue. Intense head pain. And vision changes. Also a change in my mental state. I have tried a myriad of drugs. And they even prescribed ect. Also of note I developed severe OCd around this time with handwashing and contamination fears completing rituals etc. I have been diagnosed with postrual orthostatc tachychardia syndrome and pseudotumor cerebri and ehlors danlos. I feel that is a clue to a pychical cause. I have had a lot of blood work. An MRi, PEt scan, spinal tap, echocardiogram, MRA/MRV of brain EEg.

Aslo the most troubling symptom ive had was a feeling of inability to think. As in a wall is blocking my thoughts. So i have a hard time socializing word finding and finding things to say. Also have trouble visualizing, remembering recent and long term events. IT is if I am straining to think sometimes cause my mind is so "dead" My doctor wanted to look into compression of one of my venous arteries because his eds patients have those problems. Could you list some possible causes here? Does lyme fit? Are there some forms of deprresion that can only be cured with the illnesses treatment? Like antibiotics for lyme etc..
