Hey everyone, I'm sorry if this post is a bit long, but I thought I should explain all the weird things that have been happening.

I am currently 22 for reference.

6 Years ago - Everything perfectly okay. Meeting many new people and making new connections everyday...enjoying life to the fullest extent. I had full function on both sides of my face.

Now - I am experiencing some weird symptoms and I don't know what is points to. I don't know who to see. I feel like it's so hard to goto a ****ing doctor who knows what they are doing because they keep sending you to other people etc..

Symptoms:

I don't remember exactly when this started happening, but the muscles on the right side of my face have been getting progressively weaker. I am unable to move right ride side of my life to smile. My eyes will slightly move but are affixed in a position that makes them look lifeless., They droop downwards along with my right nostril and right side of my face. I am not really able to control these muscles The entire right side of my face is weak and I feel like there is a pull from the left side when I look straight up in the mirror. My eyes, nostril and lips are extremely sagging in the direction of the right side droop.
If you look at the right side of my face from a specific angle it looks very scary as I can't control some muslces there and jut have a blank expression. My cheeks feel REALLY heavy and inflamed like there is something growing inside them or something somehow blocking or compressing my facial nerve.

I'm sorry I am having trouble, it is just extremely weird. My facial composition/look has changed COMPLETELy in the past couple of year and I don't know what is wrong(just that something is). Doctors will see me and run tests and say everything is fine - because they feel like my appearance has always been this way when it hasn't.

My social life has really started to suffer as a result. I don't have the confidence to meet new people or goto public places anymore. I feel extremely self conscious to go outside as everyone will stare at me. I don't really know what is wrong, I just want to find a way to fix it. I used to date many different girls a week(not tryig to sound cocky), and I have yet to meet someone in the past five years because of this.

The area around my cheeks have gained a lot of excess this skin(around my nose and under my eyes too, on top of eyelids heavily as well). If you take a picture facing the bottom of my neck and look up there are very clear deformities that weren't there earlier. Around two or three times a week I have extremely bad vision in my right eye and it twitches(this is consistent with how bad the droop is).

Doctors:

I have seen a general doctor and a neurologist. The neurologist took a couple of CT Scans or the MRI/brain and said everything seemed okay. I don't really know who else to see at this point. Any suggestions would really help.

I don't believe this could be bells palsy as I have had this for two or three years now. Is there any sort of therapy or surgery I could goto to make these muscles have a full recovery? The left side of my face and right side of my face look like two different people because of this. I hate to admit this but looking from the profile its extremely scary. I just want things to go back to normal - if someone has any ideas I would be eternally grateful.

Also, something I forgot to mention. When I blow my mouth up like I'm trying to blow a ballon, I can hear something pop by my ear and the sensation goes up from my jaw up to my ear. I can hear crackling as well. In face every four days per weak when I move my mouth up or down I can weird a weird noise near my ear. My mouth is very had to open on the right side, entire face actually. Is there any curing this unilateral muscle weakness in my face? Who can I see that specializes in this area?

Sorry for the repeated posts - I couldn't find an edit button. Also, I think this was related but no others doctors seemed to thing so. After I got my wisdom teeth removed four years ago, this has been happening since then. Swelling in my cheeks and thickness/fullness never really died down completely.

There is also now a LOT of excess skin on my face, around my nose on top of my eyelists, and around my cheeks/chin area. It feels extremely thick and full and not like not my normal skin at all. Could it be some kind of skin disease where I am growing skin excess skin underneath that is compressing my facial nerve or muscles?
