Default Right side of face numb

Hello,

I am new here. I am33 years old and since a few days ago I've been feeling numb in the right side of my face. I've got TMJ so I am wondering if it's down to that or not. I also suffer from pins and needles in my arms and I am scared it's a stroke or heart attack. Any idea why I am feeling this way?
