Default Tremors/ pain on right side

Hi everyone. I am new here. I am 25 years old and have been experiencing some strange and concerning symptoms. For the last 3 days I have been having pain in my right arm, and my right shoulder. I have also been having pain on my right side. Today when I woke up, I went downstairs and my right leg was wobbly and shaking. I thought I was going to fall. My right hand has been shaking and when I went to brush my teeth my tongue was moving. Like it had a mind of its own. I was diagnosed with epilepsy 5 months ago and just had a recent mri 2 months ago due to my optic nerves being swollen. All came back clear. Has anyone experienced this before? I have a appointment set up to see my dr today.
