Default Strange sensation

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but it's the only thing that I've found that's even faintly promising. My question is as follows:

I have the ability to cause a strange sensation to flow through my body. It's a a faintly uncomfortable and very strange buzzing, tickling feeling. I can typically only "hold" it, for lack of a better term, for a second or so. With focus I can do it for longer and sometimes I even shake. I can do it repeatedly and on command at any time. It doesn't elevate my heart rataeI'm not sure what's happening and I'm not even sure where to begin to look for answers. Thus I started here.

I hope someone has either an answer to my question or a good lead on where I should go.

Thanks
