Default Anyone had their eyelid 'drop' out of nowhere?

My sister has an appointment for the 5th of January. Her eyelid has decided to literally 'droop' after having retinal detachment surgery. Her headaches are severe and her eyelid looks like it is going to shut sometimes. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
