Default Avascular Nacrosis

I have just been diagnosed with having Avascular nacrosis in the hip, both knees, and L. ankle. AVN is where blood flow isnt going to the bones and like anything else without it it starts dieing my ankle is the worst its completely dead with a fracture that goes up the femur they arent sure is it happened before it was totally dead or after and my bone is slowly piecing away. They said there is no treatment just managing the pain. Iam now on bed rest and if I walk I have a boot with crutches and a wheelchair for long distances. They said if pain gets to bad then only option is for my ankle bone graft or replacement and with knees and hip replacements and Iam only 26. I just wanted to see if anyone else has this and if so what they are doing for it and how fast it progresses usually. My doctors are stunned to see me having this, I do have several other conditions one is Sarcoidosis which I need steroids for it but they say I havent been on it long enough and I am at very low doses. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, I have been through so much already needing me to go through 212 in 13 states in the past 6 years, having more issues sure doesnt help
