Default Mystery problem

Half a year ago or so i've started feeling these strange sensations that something is pressing on my skin. It's usually when something is actually on my skin like clothing or bed sheets, but not always. Also when trying to sleep i get these painless stings in select places that makes me jerk, and it can be very intense or light. Say on the side of my shoulder blade i can feel this small painless sting and my whole back jerks. I went to a physiotherapist which almost managed to reproduce the sting by pressing her fingers in these areas which bothers me at night. I don't know whether this is a nerve thing or something with the muscles. Ohh, and these jerks can be triggered by me moving which is rare, or by itself or this heavy pressure which i feel on my body at times.

Doctors just scratch their head like they usually do when i present them with anything.

Look up RSD. It causes skin sensations when sheets, cloths, or nothen touches your skin. Can be caused by paper cut, turned ankle, or no known cause. It is nerve damage. It can also cause body jerks. My jerking spells stopped after taking Neurontin. I still have the skin sensations but just random and less severe
