Default Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone?

I have a neurological condition that no one has been able to diagnose, its lifelong and has gotten worse as i get older.

My physical and mental stamina is low, i can function for short periods of mental activity each day till i am exhausted. If i force myself to function further i start getting delirious and unable to function, and this is cumulative, after a few days i will end up like a vegetable. If i push even further i get what i call exhaustion attacks, where i am delirious and shake for periods of minutes to hours.

I have little ability to do math in my head, and my short term memory is poor, and i often remember things in fragments, losing parts of conversations, things i have read and so forth. I have to be extremely conscious of everything i do at all times because its easy to injure myself by walking into door frames, injuring myself with tools or knives or burning my hands on stoves and forgetting to use oven mitts. When i hear music i recognize i can't remember if i like it or despise it.

My physical strength and endurance is low (all my life i have had less physical strength then others my age). What physical things i can do is also for short durations till i am worn out.

Hot days and showers are extremely exhausting, caffeine has little alertness effect, and alcohol has no intoxicating effect, it completely eliminates my ability to do simple math and has physical effects at high levels.

I sleep about 10-11 hours a day, there is a distinct transition between 0-8 and 8-11 hours, if i force myself to only sleep 8 hours a day within a week i will crash and need a few weeks to recover.

My "body clock" is independent of my circadian rhythm, if i try to follow the circadian rhythm, i usually won't be able to sleep and if i do its extremely poor quality sleep and if i keep forcing it i will crash and return to the mystery clock eventually. I have no idea what this clock is and none of the usual agents will affect it (melatonin, full spectrum light, light restriction, blue light, blue light blocking, behaviour modification, etc). This clock moves forward about 5 minutes a day (average, sometimes barely at all, sometimes a 1/2 hr), after about 3 months i will be sleeping about 6 hours later then i am now. I recently figured out a method that can alter this clock, a 12 hour shift in wake and sleep, i go through horrible, disabling jetlag for a few weeks before this clock settles down and goes back to the slow advancing. Nothing else i have ever tried has ever had any effect on it.

You don't mention any types of tests you have had done. Have you been tested for things like lead poisoning?

I'm pretty sure i was tested for lead poisoning, thyroid tests, sleep studies, diabetes, MRI, i've actually lost track of the tests since they span a few decades, perhaps the best thing is to ask if i have had a specific test and hopefully i'll remember, and i can usually arrange a test if i can explain why it might be helpful
