Default Anyone had anything like this before? Very rare dizziness type condition

Hello, I'm new to these forums and this is the reason I signed up.

My condition will be 5 months old on the 19th January.

My main symptoms are:
  • slanted vision - but I can feel it as feel, like when I put one foot in front of the other it feels higher up a hill
  • lightheaded type dizziness
  • Feeling of "lightness" and deafness in my right ear
  • Unawareness of my own height
  • Unawareness of the size of objects
  • The sensation that the ground is very far away (could be a sub-symptom)
  • Leaning back and forward when I stand up in the same stop for longer than 30 seconds
  • Sensitive hearing

Symptoms I don't have but get repetitively asked if I have:
  • Nausea (feeling sick)
  • Vertigo ("room spinning")
  • Vomiting (being sick)
  • Tinnitus ("ringing" in ears)
  • No pain anywhere, even in my ears - people often confuse it with the problems with my right ear
  • No blurred of double vision or any other changes to it other than the symptoms mentioned above

When my Symptoms Started (in order)
My problems with my right ear started when I was in the car. I have had the feel of deafness before but not like this, normally when I cover my ear I feel normal again but this time I didn’t.
My slanted vision and sensation started when I was walking on outside steps toward the study the very next day. With a blink of an eye it appeared (literally). I thought it was a "normal" sensation that would go away after a few minutes but it didn’t. When I got there I asked the teacher if this room was slanty and she said no. I also hit my head on the door that day; it was one of the worst days of my life.
When I was in eye causality, they put eye drops in my eye and told me that my vision would become blurred. This didn’t happen, instead I felt unaware of my height. My brain told me I was one height and my body told me I was another. This happened even when the eye drop were supposed to “wear of”.
One day when I was in a supermarket I was dizzy so I leaned on the trolley. I pushed it down the aisle and everything seemed to get bigger.
In chemistry class, I was sitting on stool type chair. The ground seemed far away so I stood up to see if I had the same sensation, the sensation was the same and I’ve been like that ever since.
I’m not sure how the other symptoms started.
Medical Treatment
I have seen my GP, numerous eye doctors, a neurologist consultant, an ENT doctor who specialises in dizziness. I’ve even spend a week in hospital. On paper I look healthy. I’m waiting to see a consultant who specialises in balance disorders.
Below are the tests that I’ve had, they have all came back “normal”:[LIST][*] Numerous reflex tests [*] Numerous blood tests[*] Blood pressure and heart rare [*]MRI of my brain and inner ear, but they might have to re-do it because I was moving[*] EEG[*] Every type of eye test you can think of.
Despite looking healthy on paper, I’ve had some treatment.
  • Antibiotics – they help with the weirdness of my ear, but they made my ear feel light
  • 2 difference dizziness tablets – the first set just made me feel drowsy, the second set seem to be helping with my dizziness but not with any other symptoms.
  • Dizziness exercises – don’t seem to be helping with anything.
