Confused New & seeking input on these symptoms

Hello all,

I just registered, although I was a member years ago due to acute & chronic spine issues which stabilized.

I'm really freaked out. I've been having the following symptoms since Feb 9:

"Pulled muscle" started it all...left side then moved to below shoulder blade and mostly resolved in a few days.

All-over body aches for 2 days in a row the following week. Legs & arms felt like "no pep" also.

Occasional chills.

Stayed home one day with flu-like symptoms, no flu.

Shooting pains all over: arms, thighs, above right knee, inner thighs (one was excruciating), fingers, toes, shin, pubic bone, calves...

Pointer finger contracting

Tingling in left hand, toes (occasional), scalp, face

Electrical feeling of tingling around the right upper torso below and near the shoulder blade and wrapping around the front

Burning sensations

Cold water sensation on my hip and feet

Back of left leg..the muscles seemed to spasm and tighten.

Pain behind both knees

Waking with TMJ....jaw really tight

Sharp pains in lower abdomen 2-3 spots.

Localized pain in lower right back (sacral?) which can radiate to one or both hips and thighs. Also below buttocks. Burning sensation at times also. Tonight it felt like it was moving up into the upper back with pain in the shoulder area. Today I woke with pain before getting out of bed, in my hips and lower back. I had a bad day with this pain in my back and legs.

I have good days in between where I have no or little back and hip pain,

I'm scheduled for a lumbar MRI on Sunday. My chiro x-rayed my pelvis and saw nothing remarkable.

Routine blood work along with lupus and Lyme (treated in past) was all good.

Does anyone have any input on what this could be? I'm starting to wonder of I'm going to be told I have a tumor/cancer.

Thank you in advance!
