Confused cerebral spinal fluid blocked

Am wondering if anyone has seen this or has suggestions. Went to the best of the best and he talked to other docs but they have never even heard of it. My spine is blocked, theres white inside along bothe sides that he can only describe as what appears to be really old dye which was taken out of use in the 70's. I am 46 and only had dye injected for ct mylograms beginning in 2008. He thinks the blockage is causing my back pain and severe constant headaches. He has no idea where to send me, maybe a Mayo clinic. HELP 😢
