Default Tight left side of face and weird left lims feelings overall

Hi, I have posted here before about numbness in my hands after rabies vaccine. No neuropathy found when tested and besides the occasional ants in hand when sleeping it seems ok. But for the last three weeks left side of my face seems tight and with about 80% sensation. Not numb entirely. Plus sometimes my left hand and leg feel a bit off. Hard to explain. They are not numb or weak. They just feel a little wierd. I came to accept that the vaccine could have been the starter but i cannot shake the feeling something else is happening :/ Anyone else on the same boat?
