Question Issues after Auto Accident

A little over a month ago I was rear ended by a vehicle going about 40. I was stopped. I went to the ER and was sent home with a concussion. Long story short, I've been experiencing memory issues, slow reaction time (I rear ended someone today) mood issues, can't find the right word, mixing words up etc. Ive had a CT and MRI and they were both normal.
I've been trying to get into a Neurologist but am having trouble (Obamacare)
If this is post concussion syndrome should I just tough it out?

Hello NCGuy,
Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

You should perhaps repost over on the
Traumatic Brain Injury & Post Concussion Syndrome Forum

It's not unusual for CT and MRI to be clear. The other symptoms are fairly common and it's still early days with it being only 4 weeks since the injury.

Check out the "Sticky" threads at the top of the forum too if possible. There is a wealth of information in those threads that may help you on the road to recovery.

take care.
